Skilled Nursing

Registered Nurses (RN) assess your physical condition, communicate regularly with your health care provider and provide necessary treatment. The nurses will help you and your family understand your condition and treatment you need prescribed by the physician for acute and chronic diseases such as:
Pain control
Catheter care / Ostomy care
Diabetic teaching / insulin administration
Wound care / Dressing change / Wound Vac
Specimen collection for laboratory processing
Total parenteral / Enteral nutrition

Foley Catheter Insertion / Replacement and Care

Physical Therapy

Utilization of adaptive devices to aid in rehabilitation

Assist clients and their families cope with the personal and emotional impact of illness or disability
Help locate financial resources and community assistance such as alternative placement, support groups and crisis intervention

Occupational Therapy

Assist clients regain the skills necessary for self care and the activities of daily living

Speech Therapy

Provide corrective therapy to develop and restore communication skills

Dietary Services

Dietitians provide individual counseling to help you incorporate the special diet prescribed by the physician.

Durable Medical Services (DME)

Assist with obtaining DME as needed

Supervised by skilled discipline
Assist clients with activities of daily living which include but not limited to Personal Care, Bathing, Grooming, Hair Styling, Make-Up, Oral Hygiene, Skin and Nail Care, Toileting and Elimination
